EGGtoberfest registration begins Monday, August 6 at 12 noon EST.
Advance registration is required for all EGGtoberfest activities.
No walk-up tickets will be available.
Registration will close on October 1, 2012 to allow for event planning.

Saturday Cooks’ Registration
Registration for cooks is required - space is limited! There will be a special check-in location for cooks on Friday and Saturday to allow for table assignments, updates and gathering of menu information - please look for the Cooks' Registration signs.
(As in the past, Big Green Egg reserves the right to group single cooks together to allow for more cooks to enjoy the experience.)

Join us for an evening of food and entertainment to get the party started! Relax and enjoy delicious catered drinks and hors d'oeuvres, live music and pace car rides for thrill seekers! At 8:45pm we'll celebrate the 15th EGGtoberfest with a special treat for guests!
15th Annual EGGtoberfest: $35 per person (no charge for children under 14)
Saturday, October 20, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Join us for the ultimate event on every EGGhead’s calendar! Check out the creative recipes, learn new techniques for cooking on the EGG and sample foods cooked by seasoned EGGtoberfest alumni as well as a few brave newcomers. Enjoy EGG demos, listen to live music, or even take a spin around the track in the pace car. The on-site Big Green Egg store will be open all day, and cold beer and soft drinks will help keep you refreshed.
Personal coolers are permitted. NO GLASS BOTTLES anywhere in the EGGtoberfest venue.
Your Saturday pre-registration ticket includes food sampling, beverages, beer tickets, raffle tickets, a commemorative t-shirt and a special gift! T-shirts will be available for all registered guests in sizes S-3XL. Specific sizes available while supplies last.
Pace car rides are not included in the event ticket. Rides are $10 each and paid in cash to AMS. Visit the pace car ride table on Saturday morning at EGGtoberfest to purchase your ride and reserve your time. Rides are limited so book early.
7:00-8:30am - Cooks’ check-in begins
9:00am - General admission opens
3:00pm - All of the EGGs will be shut down in order to facilitate cooling and to get them ready for transport home with their new owners
5:00pm - Venue gates close
5:30pm - EGG pick-up begins
AMS is located approximately 30 miles south of Atlanta on Hwy 19/41 in Hampton in Henry County. The physical address is 1500 Tara Place, Hampton GA 30228.
Traveling South: If you are driving south towards AMS, there are two exits off I-75 for reaching the track and both are comparable distances.
Traveling south on I-75, you can take Exit #235 (11.1 miles south of downtown Atlanta) and continue south on Highway 19 & 41 for 15 miles.
You can also take Exit #218 while traveling south on I-75 (27.7 miles south of downtown Atlanta). Once on Highway 20, head west for 10 miles and follow signs to the track.
Traveling North: You can exit at three locations off I-75 when driving north towards AMS.
Traveling north on 1-75, you can first take Exit #205 and head west on GA16 West into Griffin. Then take US Highway 19 & 41 north towards AMS (approximately 10 miles).
You can also take Exit #212 off I-75 and head west on Hampton-Locust Grove Road to GA 20. Take GA 20 west for approximately two miles to AMS.
Traveling from the south, you also have the opportunity to take Exit #218. Take GA 20 west to the Speedway (10 miles).
Event Parking will be located in the infield of the Atlanta Motor Speedway. The Main Event Entrance is located at the Main Vehicle Tunnel located between Turns One and Two (access from south west side of track) and allows access for vehicles up to 14'6" high at any time during the event weekend. Infield parking signs will be visible once you enter the infield area.
Event attendees may reserve camping areas for the entire event weekend. Options include dry camping for tents and soft-side pop-ups and full hooks-up spaces for RVs. Camping availability: Friday, October 14 at 10:00am through Sunday, October 16 at 11:00am.
Infield Camping: $50/weekend (inside the Speedway and adjacent to the event)
Dry camping locations are priced at $50 for the weekend (up to 2 nights stay, includes shipping & handling of camping credential). These locations are reserved and located conveniently in the infield of the Speedway. With camper showers, restroom facilities, and a dump station nearby, campers will be a short distance away from the festivities.
Full hook-up Camping: $85/weekend (conveniently located at the Trackside Terrace overlooking the infield). Space is limited, so reserve yours soon. Full hook-up locations are priced at $85 for the weekend (up to 2 nights stay, includes shipping and handling of camping credential). These locations are reserved and include full hook-ups of electric, water and sewer. To access the Trackside Terrace, the RVs will enter through Gate 6.
This camping area is within walking distance of the infield; however golf carts taxis will also be assisting Trackside Terrace campers with travel between the infield and the Terrace.
Please note: Camping fees arefor the camping space only. Each person attending EGGtoberfest must purchase an EGGtoberfest ticket separately before reserving a campsite. You will need your EGGtoberfest ticket confirmation number to reserve a campsite.
Numerous hotels are located near the Atlanta Motor Speedway in Stockbridge, McDonough, Hampton, Locust Grove and Fayetteville. There is no specific Big Green Egg host hotel, however the Comfort Suites in Stockbridge, the Hilton Garden Inn in Mcdonough and the Holiday Inn Express in Fayetteville have indicated that they would extend an EGGtoberfest rate to interested parties. DEMO EGG PRE-ORDERS
EGG demo packages will be available for purchase by registered EGGtoberfest attendees. These demo EGGs have been used only at EGGtoberfest. Demo EGG packages must be pre-ordered.
Demo EGG Packages DO NOT include EGGtoberfest Tickets.
EGGtoberfest Tickets must be purchased separately.
As in previous years, our generous EGGtoberfest Cooks provide food and cook a variety of dishes for our guests to enjoy.
Two (2) people may register to cook on one (1) EGG. Cooks will check in at a special registration area; please look for signs when you arrive.
Registered Cooks may reserve their EGGtoberfest cooking space during the Meet and Greet event on Friday night. There will be a reservation form posted on each EGG; one copy stays with the EGG and the other should be kept with you to show at check-in on Saturday morning.
Cooks may begin unloading at 7:00am on Saturday. All vehicles must be out of the party area by no later than 8:45am.
PLEASE NOTE: There are limited Cooks’ Tickets available so due to high demand for the we ask that, if you are registered and cannot make the event please contact the EGGtoberfest Ticketing Office as early as possible so that your Cooks’ Ticket can be reassigned.
Each 10x10 cooking space will contain an EGG, a table and two chairs. If you want to bring a tent, please note that only 10x10 tents will be permitted.
Please do not move EGGs, tables or chairs until all EGGs have been reserved on Saturday.
